Your phone number is yours.

We want to be completely clear: Freshly does not sell, share, or transfer your phone number to any third party. Ever. Your number is used only to send you messages about your groceries and recipes — nothing else.

How many messages will I receive?

Freshly sends messages only in response to your activity. Here's what that looks like:

That's it. We don't send daily digests, marketing messages, or promotional texts. You control what you scan — we just react to that.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS rates from your carrier apply for all messages from Freshly. If you're on an unlimited plan, you're usually covered. We don't send image-heavy MMS unless you send us one first.

What we collect

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as you have an active account. If you cancel or go inactive for an extended period, we'll delete your information on request. Email us at support@freshly.polsia.app to request deletion.

We use Stripe for payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is handled by Stripe. Freshly does not store your credit card number or billing details — that's managed entirely by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and note the revision date above. For minor wording fixes, we'll just update the date.
